Return Policy for Piecemaker's Quilt Shop and Cotton Tales Pattern Company

Fabrics, Books & Patterns:
Refunds or returns are not given on cut fabric, kits, patterns or books.

Notions:
In the event you purchase a notion, that is defective, or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.

Class Fees or Event Registrations:
In the event that a class is canceled we will refund your fee in full. Refunds are not given on class fees less than two weeks prior to the date of the scheduled class. There are no exceptions. You can find a replacement for your space, but it is not our responsibility to fill that space. If a class has to be postponed or re-scheduled due to illness or weather, refunds will be given for those who cannot make alternate arrangements.

Shipping/Handling Charges:
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
